Application Information This LoadLifter 5000 kit, number 57394, fits the 2005 to 2009 F-250 and F-350 with underframe mounting for fifth wheel hitch applications, 2-and 4-wheel drive fits single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) models; will fit most side-mount fifth wheel hitch applications. This kit is one of Air Lift's over 230 no-drill kits requiring no frame drilling for installation, and can be easily installed in around 3 hours.
